Where do I pick up my pass?
After you buy the pass online, you will receive the New York Pass by email. Present it on your phone in e-format as you enter the attractions.
How to get fast track entry
The New York Pass® offers fantastic time saving benefits. You can skip the ticket line (does not apply to security lines) at top attractions including Top of the Rock, The MET, Circle Line Cruises & more. Just look for the signs, show the attendant your pass and skip the ticket line.
How to pre-book tours & time slots
The majority of the 100+ attractions don’t require any pre-booking, you can simply turn up, scan your pass and head straight inside. Some of the timed tours do require pre-booking and all information can be found in the confirmation email.
Do I need to print the confirmation?
No, you'll have a mobile pass! But if you want, a version for print is available.
Is there a limit to how many attractions I can visit in one day?
With the New York Pass there is absolutely no limit to how many attractions you visit in one day. You're welcome to use your pass for entry at as many attractions as you can possibly fit into your day.
Can I re-visit attractions?
Please be aware that you are not able to re-visit attractions with the pass. Once your pass has been swiped at an attraction, it will not work for allowing you into that same attraction the next time.
Can I skip some days?
Your New York Pass is to be used on consecutive calendar days. The pass will become activated once you visit your first attraction and that day will conclude at midnight as the pass goes into its second day of use and so on.
Where can I buy The New York Pass?
You can purchase New York Pass right here online. You will receive a confirmation email that contains your New York Pass. You can use it on your mobile device such as smartphone or tablet, or print it if you'd like. Your pass will also include a list of all attractions and hours of operation.
You can purchase the New York Passes up to 12 months in advance. That means that you have a full year to activate your passes by visiting your first attraction. 1 year after your purchase, the passes will no longer be valid if you have yet to activate them.
