Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

Yes, we highly encourage that! The lines at the ticket office can be long. Save time by buying tickets online. You'll have the confirmation on your mobile phone.
Once you have your e-ticket with a QR-code, please screenshot it. The entrance to One World Observatory is located at the ground level, and occasionally (not always) there is a low internet signal. It might be easier to have a screenshot of your ticket so that there are no issues with scanning. But no worries, even if your ticket does not load, there are ways to retrieve it. The customer service will assist you if required.

Are there storage rooms if I have luggage with me?

No, there are no storage rooms available. There are restrictions on the size of bags you can come with. According to One World Observatory, only bags/backpacks/packages no larger than 25” high x no more than 17” wide and no more than 9" deep are permitted. One World Observatory reserves the right to refuse entry to any article at our discretion.

Is there a restaurant at One World Observatory?

Yes. Enjoy great views and great food at One Dine restaurant. Reservations are required and are open 30 days in advance.
